We learn to make pictures with the help of quilling technique. A simple master class for beginners

Quilling (paper rolling) is a verya fascinating activity that both children and adults enjoy. It is enough to put in a little effort and patience, and now the pictures consisting of flowers, birds and exotic patterns come to life... People who do quilling not only get aesthetic pleasure from the process of making the craft and the final result, but also train their consciousness, since fine motor skills contribute to better brain function. Perhaps the simplest work in this technique is the creation of flowers, stems and leaves. No special skills are required, and the final work is very beautiful. The basis of all work is the twisting of thin strips of paper. To facilitate manipulation of paper, use a toothpick (then the circle or curl will be denser), but if you need a larger spiral - use a pen or pencil. 1. Flower. To create it, you need to make a receptacle and petals: Receptacle. To make it, we wind the required amount of colored strip of quilling paper onto a toothpick and glue its edge to the main skein; We make pictures in the quilling technique. Photo №1The petals are made in the same way, butpaper strips are not twisted so tightly (it is better to do it on a pencil); they can be of different sizes and shapes. Actually it depends on the length of the strip, and the shape can be given by carefully but confidently squeezing the twisted skein; We make pictures in the quilling technique. Photo Number 92.Leaves – making leaves is like working in kindergarten on an applique: You need to cut out a leaf of the required shape from colored paper, fold it in half, and then from both sides to the middle (as if imitating veins). They can be flat (the entire surface is glued to the background sheet) and voluminous (only the fold line is glued); We make pictures in the quilling technique.
