Live greens in jewelry
Using plants in jewelry -quite a popular trend in modern fashion. We have already seen living pendants, now let’s admire the rings, rings and necklaces with green inhabitants. Icelandic designer Hafsteinn Juliusson creates jewelry whose central element is not precious stones, but ordinary moss!
The base of the jewelry is made of silver. The designer says the moss can stay bright green for 12 weeks with proper care. Plants need to be sprayed with water a couple of times a week.
The collection is intended for residents of largecities, often cut off from mother nature. Such a ring will constantly remind us of our origins and, as it were, contribute to the rapprochement of man and nature.
