Master class on creating a toy with your own hands – amigurumi. Bright yellow crocheted chicken.
Amigurumi toys are always distinguished by theiroriginality and simplicity. But this very simplicity can attract the attention of even the most restless kids. After all, in order to interest a child, you need something very bright and unusual. Therefore, I want to suggest you knit a toy that is unlikely to go unnoticed by a little prankster. And this will be a chicken. A bright yellow toy will not leave any child indifferent. And knitting such a chicken is not at all difficult and does not take long.For work we will take:
- thread of three colors (yellow, white and red);
- hook;
- Needle;
- Ready eyes or beads.
First of all, we will knit the head of ourchick. You will need yellow yarn. Three air loops (abbreviated hereinafter as loops), which we connect into a circle. Next, we knit six columns (column) without a yarn over inside the circle.We will knit the next row like this: 1 single crochet into each loop.One single crochet into the first stitch, then two single crochets into the next stitch, one single crochet into the stitch, two single crochets into the stitch. Continue this way until the end of the row.Now we knit two single crochets into the first stitch, then one single crochet into the next stitch, and so we alternate.And the next six rows in a row we knit 1 single crochet into a loop. Now we need to start decreasing. In the first two rows, we make three decreases in a row.In subsequent rows, four decreases in each row.In this way we knit until there is only a very small hole left, through which we fill the toy with synthetic padding.After filling, we finish knitting the head using decreases.The chicken's head turned out like a yellow ball.Next we need to knit the body. It will be smaller in size, about twice as big. We collect three loops and connect them. Six columns without a yarn - inside the ring. Then we knit two columns without a yarn in each loop of the row that was earlier.Now in the first loop - two single crochets, and in the next - one, two more, one single crochet. This is how we finish knitting the row.And the six rows that follow we will knit 1 single crochet into a loop.Next we start decreasing. In the first two rows, two decreases. And in the following ones, you need to do three decreases.When a small hole remains, it needs to be filled with synthetic padding.Now the body for the chicken is ready.Our next task is to connect the two parts. To do this, we will take a needle. And with the help of yellow threads and a sewing needle, we connect the parts.I decided to make a white scarf for the chick's neck. We make it using a chain of loops.Let's move on to the wings.Again, for work we take yellow yarn. We collect eight air loops. And in the first two loops we knit 1 column without a yarn over, in the next four loops we need to knit 1 column with one yarn over, and in the last two loops 1 column without a yarn over.We will tie the second side in the same way.And finally, we will tie the entire wing with a single crochet, 1 in each loop.This is the wing we got. We will make the second wing using the same scheme.And we sew the wings to the body.Let's take a red thread and make the paws andbeak. We connect three loops into a ring. In a ring six columns. without a yarn. That's how easy it is to get one paw. We will make the second one in the same way. We will make a beak from a ring of air loops and sew it to the head. And we will make eyes from beads.We got such a cheerful and bright little chicken. It will definitely cheer up any capricious kid. You can knit several of these chickens, and a mother hen to them.
