People prepare for the New Year in advance.They think over the menu, put up and decorate the Christmas tree, buy presents for their dear people. But for the little ones you can make a New Year's gift yourself. This master class describes how to crochet booties.We will need:

thread of two colors,
hook.

We start knitting from the sole. We collect a chain of 15 air loops. Then we make one air loop for lifting and in each loop we knit columns without a yarn over, to the end of the chain.Then we tie the second side of our chain.Therefore, in the first and last loop of the chain we get 3 single crochets. The first row is ready.Next, knit one air loop forlifting. We continue to knit with single crochets. In total, we should have 28 single crochets. But in the last and first 3 columns, we knit 2 single crochets in each. One air loop for lifting. And we knit the first 10 loops with single crochets in each. Then we knit 3 columns with one yarn over, 3 columns with 2 yarn overs.Next, in the next 6 loops we knit 2 columns with two yarns in each.In the next 3 loops, 1 column with two yarns and 3 more loops knit columns with one yarn. And then to the end of the row, knit columns without a yarn.We start the next row. One ch.loop for lifting. And the next 11 loops are knitted with single crochets. Then 1 column with one yarn over in each loop, the next 6 loops are knitted with columns with two yarn overs, another 6 loops are knitted with columns with two yarn overs, 2 columns in each. Then 6 columns with two yarn overs, 1 in each loop. And 2 columns with one yarn over, the row is knitted with single crochets.Well, here is the last row. We knit it with single crochet stitches. Here is the sole for our booties ready! Next, using a thread of the same color, we beginknit the booties themselves. We start knitting from the heel. We pass the thread not through the loop, but through the column of our sole. We collect 2 air loops for lifting and begin knitting with columns with one yarn over. At the same time, we pass the hook through the columns without a yarn over of the last row of the sole. So we knitted one row.Next, 2 air loops for lifting and knit another row with columns with one yarn over.Then we take a thread of a different color.And visually divide our booties in half - toe and heel. And work with the heel. From the middle of the bootie we collect a chain of 5 air loops, skip one column, and in the second we knit a column without a crochet, again collect 5 air loops, skip one column, and in the second we knit a column without a crochet.And so on until the middle.Next row. With single crochets we get to the middle of the arch, collect 5 air loops and secure to the middle of the next arch with a single crochet.And so on until the end of the row. And in total we knit 4 such rows of arches.And our last element is the sock.booties. We collect a chain of 12 air loops. We make one air loop for lifting. In each loop we knit 1 single crochet. We knit the next row similarly, i.e. in each loop a single crochet. In the next row we skip the first loop, and knit with the second single crochet, we do not finish knitting the last one. In the next row we again skip the first and last loops. We knit the row itself with single crochet. Our sock is ready. Then we use single crochet stitches to connect the booties themselves to the nose piece.And we insert either a lace or a thread into the border of the air arches to tighten it around the child’s leg.Our booties are ready!
