Napkin "Flower". Knitting with a long / Tunisian crochet. The idea of this napkin was suggested by a picture from the magazine by patchwork sewing, the variant of using multicolored glomeruli well fitted on it, the cloth of this is made up of multicolored rhombuses made of a pattern of a simple braid of threads of equal thickness. In the first row, all rhombuses are the same, in the second - double rhombuses, in the third - rhombuses of two types. Using the proposed variant and schemes it is possible to increase the size of the flower (the number of tiers from diamonds) to the desired size. To the edge of the canvas does not curl, as the design of the edge, rows of angular cloth from the columns without the crochet were used. When knitting small fabrics instead of a long hook, it is convenient to use, as in this product, an ordinary short hook. For work used: single-color thread Vizantia "legend" and a string of sectional dyeing: Vizantia "legend print", 100% acrylic 250m / 50g, only about 100g, hook 2.0, diameter of the napkin 32cm. Description of the napkin: For the first rhombus, dial 12 v.p. (black color on the diagram), from each loop of the chain, starting from the second from the hook, pull along the loop and leave them on the hook (hooks are typed as many loops as there were in the chain), without turning the work to sequentially sew all the typed loops, first once the last typed loop, then two loops, until there is one loop left on the hook, it's the initial loop of the next row. To obtain a rhombus, you need to add one loop at the beginning of the row, at the end of the row, add one loop, add 1 loop after the edge, pull the thread out of the horizontal loop, then perform the set as usual. Closing the typing set to sew the edge loop, then three loops together (loop on the hook and two typing), then two, the total number of loops will not change. In the next row add 1 loop at the beginning of the row when typing and decrease when closing the row. 8 rows of rhombus. Tear off the thread leaving a long end, which sew the edge of the eighth diamond to the first, closing the flower. For the second row of rhombuses from a new string (pink in the photo, black in the diagram), on the side of the connecting bars of the rhombus of the first row, dial 12 loops, and 12 more loops along the inclined edge of the next diamond (total 24). Closing the typing set, sew the edge loop, then two, then three loops together (closing, 10 + 11), 12, 13 two, three together (closing and 14 + 15), two to the end of the row. When tying the loops in the second and subsequent rows to add 1 loop after the edge, pull the thread out of the horizontal loop, then perform the set as usual, before the edge draw another thread from the horizontal loop (total 26), closing the row to perform a reduction (as in the previous row) before and after the two middle loops. To connect eight rows of a twin rhombus - an element 1, to make a final row from connecting posts, to break off a thread. The next (and six more - only 8) double knit rhombus also. For the third row of rhombuses (mottled in the photo, green in the diagram), attach the thread to the right vertical edge of the twin diamond, draw on it 24 loops, tie 8 rows according to the scheme, element 1. Without breaking the thread, dial 12 loops for diamond 2 along the vertical side of the element 1, tie 8 rows, cut off the thread. Then the element 3 - as the 1st, etc. To the edge of the product is not twisted to tie it along the contour in several rows (gray thread, 4 rows) of columns without a crochet. In the 1st row of the strapping around each edge of each diamond is to be tied in 8 columns, on the outer corner, make 3 posts from one place. In the second row on the inner corners to bind 3 posts together - decrease, on the outside - 3 times 2 posts each (increment in the half circle scheme).
