This cake is made of biscuit, saturated with juiceorange with added sugar to taste, cream of whipped cream, custard and mascarpone. The center of the cake is covered with sugar mastic. The outline of the girl made chocolate with the addition of butter, painted over with food paint and covered with gelatin. Wings are made with cream of whipped cream. Completely manual work and my imagination.
