This cake is made from sponge cake, soaked in juiceorange with added sugar to taste, whipped cream, custard and mascarpone. The center of the cake is covered with sugar mastic. The girl's outline was made with chocolate with added butter, painted with food coloring and covered with gelatin. The wings are made with whipped cream. Completely handmade and my imagination.
