1. Cut out all the trouser details. From the waterproof fabric, make two front parts, two back, two back pocket parts, two semicircles for the inserts and two front pocket panels. From cotton, carve out the two lower burlap front pockets. 
2 First of all, complete the front details of the trousers with semicircular inserts. Fold both sides of the front panel face-to-face and use a thin needle to sweep them away (a thin needle is needed so that there are no holes left on the raincoat fabric). 
3. Stitch these parts on the machine with a straight stitch at 2 or 3 mm intervals. Then go through the same seam zigzag to process the allowances.

7. Unscrew the entrance to the pocket on the front side and fix the raincoat fabric with the cotton sack pocket with pins. 
8. Ostrochite entrance to the pocket on the front side, departing from the edge of 5 mm. 
9. Prepare the back pocket parts. To do this, bend the top of both pockets, zayuyute, process the edge of the top of the zigzag, and then sew the top straight seam parallel to the edge. 
10. Attach the back pockets to the back details of the trousers and secure them with a basting seam. Match the two back halves of the pants so that the pockets are placed exactly.

12. The rear details of the pants are ready, so you can return to the front. Attach the burlap pockets (from the rain cover) to the cotton bottom details of the pockets face to face. Sweep them on a rounded edge. 
13. Sew through this line first with a straight stitch, and then zigzag it. Front pockets ready! 
14. It remains only to make the bindings for them - stitch away a pocket with the side line of the pants and make a small clip at the top (just stepping back from the top edge of the pants). 
15. These pants will be with a fake flip up so that the child does not have to fool around, putting them on. To process the codpiece, take the left front of the pants and press the codpiece on the wrong side. 
16. Put the front details of the trousers together (face to face) and sew the middle seam (from the top of the trousers, on the edge of the codpiece and towards the groin). Additionally, sew the same line with a zigzag. 
17. Then stitch on the front side of the codpiece. To see where to scribble, it is better to sweep the edge of the codpiece with a cloth of trousers before it (it will be possible to sew on the outline). After contours of the crustaceum, cut off the entire middle seam from top to groin. 
18. Fold the back halves of the trousers face to face together and sew them along the middle seam. Zigzag the seam allowances and stitch off the seam on the front side.

23. Stitch them with a straight seam. 
24. And prepare a belt. To do this, take a wide elastic band, a piece of ribana (in height - like two elastics) and a small piece of raincoat fabric (the same in height). The length of these cuts make, based on the waist size of your child. Fold the raincoat and ribanu in half (inside out) and press. 
25. Expand the folded parts and fold their edges face down. Attach a rubber band to any half (upper or lower) ribana and line the three elements together. 
26. Similarly, on the other hand, make a belt in the "donut". Fold the fabric in a fold, hiding the gum inside. 
27. Attach the belt to the upper edge of the trousers (with the cut to the hem - that is, placing the belt fold down) and fix it with a straight stitch. Then zigzag the edges.
