It is necessary to spread glue PVA triangle in the field of the tail of the bird and put the pigeon on the tail. As a result, we have a beautifully rounded tail. 6. If desired, you can make the tail upbeat. To do this, use a pair of scissors to sweep up the tail feathers quickly.
