Paper-art is a paper technique. The work consists in the production of napkin flagella, which are then laid out inside the painted contour. To make tissue threads, you need to fold a three-layer or two-layer napkin and cut it into strips 1-1.5 cm wide, holding one end for a second into the water. The pattern should be laid out with raw tissue napkins and glued them with PVA glue, if the threads have dried they can be moistened again. This panel will decorate any interior.
