Pipe art is a paper technique.The work consists of making napkin flagella, which are then laid out inside the drawn outline. To make napkin threads, you need to fold a three-layer or two-layer napkin and cut it into strips 1-1.5 cm wide, holding one end and dipping it in water for a second.
