How to make a New Year's toy from a light bulb.

Take out the selected pattern from the napkin and put the fragment on the convex part of the light bulb. Blot the pattern with glue for decoupage, moving in a direction from the center to the edges, and leave to dry. If you managed to do this not very carefully, then walk a bit on the folds of sandpaper. 
The next step is to draw the background. To make a background that will match the background in the picture, you need to add a little blue paint to the white acrylic. Apply the finished shade to the whole surface of the lamp with the help of a sponge, grasping the edge of the napkin fragment. This is done to ensure that the color transition is smooth and not striking. And to add an additional effect and get a simulation of snowfall, do not mix white and blue colors to a one-color tone, so that you can see the stains. 
Draw snowflakes of different intricate shapes withhelp the gray outline. Apply a pattern in the form of dots under the socle using silver glitter. And when the whole thing becomes solid, put a lot of volume points, creating an imitation of snowfall, using a multicolor glitter. Screw the base with a strong thread and make a loop,which will be used for hanging on the tree. For firm fixing, pour the thread with acrylic lacquer. And in order for the toy to get a complete look, decorate the base. Apply to it any desired acrylic contour, creating an imitation of icicles and icy drops. Place a thick spout of acrylic tube on the bottom edge of the cap. Squeeze the material from the bottom up.
