Craft from an apple “swan” -one of the easiest figures that will be accessible even to beginners. In order not to get confused in the steps when cutting out a swan from an apple, follow my step-by-step photo instructions. It’s just great if you have special knives for carving at home; if not, then arm yourself with the thinnest knife. The thinner your knife, the more layers of “feathers” there will be. you can cut it out. You can also take 2 more ordinary butter knives as assistants, I’ll write why below. Cut the prepared apple diagonally through the center. Place one of the halves cut side down on a cutting board. And we place butter knives below and above the apple. They will stop the knife with which we will cut out the wings, preventing it from going deeper than necessary. Trim the apple on both sides of the core.To do this, visually mark a strip 1 cm wide in the middle, make a cut with a knife, but not to the end of the apple, make a counter cut from below. It turned out to be a corner. We carry out the same actions on the other side. Now our main goal will be to cut as many neat corners as possible from the piece that we cut off in the previous step. Do not forget that there should be an equal number of corners on both sides.When everything is cut, we begin to form the wings, placing the cut corners on top of each other.Let's prepare a place for the head. To do this, we make a deep cut in the middle of the almost finished body (that strip that is 1 cm wide).To create the head, take the remaining halfapple and cut out a slice equal in thickness to the place we prepared for the head. Based on the photo, we make several cuts. We should get a neat head. There are some nuances left.
