The basis

Using a ruler and a writing knife, we preparestrips of quilling paper in width by 5 millimeters each. This action must be done with each sheet of double-sided paper to cut the required number of lines. After, take the pattern of the pigeon, print out or draw the outline yourself, and then - glue to the bottom of our picture.
