First, you need to fold the rectangle in half, and then bend its edges so that you get four strips of folds separated from each other. After that, you need to turn the sheet over to the front side and fold the upper corners together to get a triangle. After you get the fold lines, these corners need to be unfolded. Then you need to turn the sheet over again to the front side and fold the corners to the fold line that you got in the previous step.
Then you need to bend the top part of the sheetlines where the triangles end. After that, you need to fold both edges of the paper to the center and make sleeves. When the sleeves are ready, you need to make a collar. It should be done on the bottom edge of the paper. The size of the collar should be approximately equal to half the size of the sleeve. Then turn the sheet over and make corners for the collar.
