This detailed master class will teach you how to make a figurine of polymer clay - a keychain in the form of a bear cub.
In order to make a keychain with your own hands -cute bear with a heart - you will need: - polymer clay of orange, pink, red, black; - a pin with a ringlet (or other accessories), a base for a keychain; - Stationery knife, stacks.
We divide the plastic into two parts. One part should be about twice as large as the other. From the smaller part we roll the ball and attach it with one side to the working surface to form a hemisphere. The other part is slightly sharpened, so that it looks like a drop in shape. We attach the resulting trunk to the head of the bear cub.
We roll 4 balls of polymer clay. Two of them should be a little bit larger.
Roll out into an elongated drop and slightly bend from the larger side, as shown in the photo. We attach the resulting hind legs to the trunk.
The front legs of the cub are made the same as the back, but do not need to be bent: roll the plastic in a drop, flatten it a little.
A small ball of red plastic is attached to the work surface. From the bottom, we sharpen a little, and on top with a toothpick we make a small groove.
We attach the heart to the teddy bear's body. We attach the front legs to the trunk and heart. The heart should not be placed vertically, but slightly at an angle, so that it is easier to arrange the front legs.
In order to make the ears, you need to roll the balls out of orange and pink. The pink bead should be 2-3 times smaller than the orange one. We attach the pink ball to the orange one.
We cut the stationery blade into two equal parts and attach the bear cub to the head.
Roll out a small ball of plastic in orange, so that it turned out an oval cake. We attach the bear cub to the bottom of the head.
With a toothpick, we plan an approximate position of the eyes and nose. From black polymer clay, make small balls - eyes, and an oval nose, a bit larger.
With a toothpick we make an invoice all over the surface of the bear's body. Leave only the muzzle smooth, ears, nose, eyes and heart. A toothpick can be sharpened a little with a clerical knife.
We bake for 30 minutes at 110 degrees.
On the reverse side of the figure, we apply liquid plastic. Roll out the orange polymer clay 1-2 mm thick.
We press the baked figure to the rolled plastic and cut off the projecting parts with a clerical knife.
Between the baked and unbaked layers we insert a pin. Beforehand, it must be bent so that it does not fall out. On the reverse side, we apply the texture with a toothpick. Re-bake.
We cover our eyes, nose, inner part of the ears, heart with varnish for polymer clay. We attach the base for the keychain. Trinket-bear cub made of polymer clay is ready.
