The second option is suitable for those who want to do everything perfectly – perfectionists. The circles turn out very even and identical. To do this, you need to take two round baking molds with a bottom diameter of about 10 cm. Grease them with oil, and then pour in one dessert spoon of dough, which is evenly distributed over the surface, and no leveling is needed.
